8 Week Female Aesthetics


The primary focus of the program is lower body strength and hypertrophy. With that being said, the two upper body days are no joke! There will be three lower body days and two upper body days. This program is best designed for a commercial gym setting, but can be modified for other gym set ups as well. If modifications are required for your gym, you can contact me for recommendations.
