JACKED: Men’s Program


JACKED is a 9 week program designed to pack on muscle and strength. The program will be a traditional lower/upper split with a supplemental arm day. The structure of the program will be as follows:

  • Weeks 1-4: Hypertrophy
  • Week 5: Deload week
  • Weeks 6-9: Strength
